Perinatal center in Magadan is planned to be commissioned in 2026

The perinatal center is being built as part of the national project "Healthcare", it will become one of the most modern in the Far East. More than five thousand square meters of ventilation equipment. It's being edited. This is a real climate control system, explains the foreman of the Yekaterinburg enterprise Sergey Zyryanov. It will allow you to regulate everything - temperature, cool air supply and even humidity. All equipment is Russian and occupies the technical fourth floor of the building of the future perinatal center of Magadan. “These are water heat exchangers, which in winter give us a positive temperature in the room. And, accordingly, there is a cooling section, this is the air conditioning system. And glucose recuperators, which are also transmitted by warm glucol to maintain warm air. These installations support the specified humidity directly in these rooms, said Sergey Zyryanov, foreman of the enterprise "Climate Stroy". The perinatal center with an area of more than twenty thousand square meters in Magadan is being built as part of the national project "Healthcare". It will combine several institutions that are now operating separately. 80 stationary beds, a polyclinic designed for 100 visits per shift. Large birth ward, three operating rooms. Operational, resuscitation rooms, where children in need of special care will be located. There's partitions in place right now. Soon a contractor will arrive, which will deal with the finishing and prepare everything for the installation of modern equipment. Everything here is built taking into account the fact that this is a medical institution. A huge number of electrical wires, tubes for supplying oxygen. Even partitions under future walls of several types. “It is clear that the building is medical, that is, well, those moments, for example, when installing we take into account that the partitions were closed, were more sealed,” said Leonid Mikhnevich, foreman of the enterprise “Granit”. The perinatal center is built not only for the needs of the Magadan region, but also Chukotka and the Kamchatka Territory. The facilities of the institution will allow to take mothers with pathologies from neighboring regions. “The institution will be the highest level that will enable us to eventually reduce maternal and infant mortality to zero. Why does it matter? Because today, women and children are worth our weight in gold, people, there are not so many of us here in the Magadan region, said Alexander Vitko, Minister of Health of the Magadan region. The perinatal center will be equipped with modern radiological, ultrasound, resuscitation and operating equipment. The object is planned to be delivered in 2026.
