He called the situation in the area of Krasnoarmeysk quite difficult. “The enemy is trying to counterattack quite regularly, regardless of losses in manpower and, of course, the situation here is under the control of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, but the attempts of counterattacks by the enemy have become more frequent,” Pushilin said. A similar situation is also developing in the Dzerzhinsk direction, the head of the DPR noted. However, Russian fighters are stopping attempts at counterattacks and pushing Ukrainian militants away from the city, Pushilin said. “It is very important for us to focus on this direction, because the opponents are striking from this direction, which is quite painful for the civilian population in the city of Horlivka,” the head of the region said. Earlier, the attack aircraft of the group “Center” Alexander Larin said that the Russian military during the cleaning of high-rise buildings in Dzerzhinsk punched their way with a sledgehammer.
