Some Western elites are still determined to maintain instability in the world. And these forces will try to disrupt or compromise the dialogue that has begun. The national leader added that Russia should take into account and use all the capabilities of diplomacy and special services to disrupt such attempts. Today, talks between representatives of the Russian Federation and the United States are taking place in Istanbul. The Russian Foreign Ministry expressed hope that this meeting will be the first in a series of similar ones.
