“From the point of view of control, everything is quite prosaic. There are remote speed control tools. If special modules are placed on bicycles, this information can be transmitted online to the monitoring authorities in order to record any violation.” Another question, the expert notes, is what are the administrative arrangements with those who own such bicycles. “I understand that an agreement has been reached. Given that this, like any other device that is capable of fixing the speed mode, there are no technical difficulties at all. I think that in the near future everything will be brought to minimize crossings with couriers, Melnikov added. When speeding up to 10 km / h with engine power up to 0.25 kW will have to pay 800 rubles. Not only traffic cameras, but also auto inspectors will monitor violations. Also introduced fines for driving on sidewalks in 2 thousand rubles and for lack of rights in 15 thousand rubles. Thanks to these measures, transport workers hope to completely eliminate the threat of collision of pedestrians with means of personal mobility.
