Sobyanin drew attention to the uniqueness of this vote. “Despite the fact that the circus is loved by all generations, first of all it works for children,” the mayor said. For them, a special survey is posted on the platform “Active citizen for children”. Sobyanin also announced the decision to build the building of the Great Moscow Circus in the north-west of the capital - in the Mnevnikov floodplain. Earlier it was reported that the building of the Bolshoi Moscow Circus on Vernadsky Avenue, built in 1971, is seriously outdated, has completely exhausted its resource and cannot provide the comfort of spectators and the quality of performances; since in hot weather it is very stuffy, and in the rain the roof leaks.
