Acting Governor immediately contacted the head of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Kursk region, Major-General Ivan Lunev. It was decided that in cases of falls of elderly people service "112" will redirect the call to rescuers who will provide all necessary assistance. In addition, an agreement was reached at the meeting that doctors will take patronage of Yevgeny Budkin and will regularly visit him. “He really deserves special treatment,” Hinstein said.
