As reported on Friday, February 21, in the Investigative Committee, the court ruled on the absentee arrest of the defendant. According to the investigation, the commander of the 95 separate air assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on August 6 last year, along with personnel, invaded Russia. βBeing in the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region, the Apostle gave his subordinates illegal orders to carry out missile strikes, explosions of residential buildings,β the statement said. Civilian objects and vehicles were also attacked. In addition, it was established that the AFU soldiers mined the streets, which created obstacles to the evacuation of the civilian population. Currently, Oleg Apostle is on the international wanted list, his location and all the circumstances of the crimes committed by him are established.
