According to investigators, Fedorov and his accomplices stole funds allocated for the construction of fortifications in the Kursk region, totaling more than 43.5 million rubles. Fedorov was taken into custody for a period of two months, until March 22, according to the Telegram channel of the joint press service of the judicial system of the Kursk region. At the end of last year, Vladimir Lukin, the general director of the Kursk Region Development Corporation, was arrested, who is accused of abuses in the construction of fortifications, as a result of which the budget of the region was damaged in the amount of about 800 million rubles. In the same case, the deputy general director of the corporation Igor Grabin was sent to the SIZO. And in January of this year, a court in Ivanovo arrested Snezhan Martyanova, deputy general director of the Kursk Region Development Corporation.
