The 40-year-old former head of the training and methodical center in Izhevsk is accused of petty bribery. This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Udmurtia. The investigation found that in 2016-2017, the head of the training station of the Federal Fire Service money several times issued certificates of completion of the training program for the fire-technical minimum for managers and employees responsible for fire safety. In fact, he did not conduct training. A criminal case has been opened. The man is charged with three counts of crimes under Article 285 § 1 (“abuse of power”) and two counts of crimes under Article 291.2 § 1 (“petty bribery”). The criminal case has been sent to court.
