Deputy head of Dubna accused of abuse of office

This is reported by the GSU IC of the Russian Federation in its Telegram channel. It is noted that the investigator of the first department for the investigation of particularly important cases of the GSU SK in the Moscow region charged the Deputy head of the administration of Dubna in abuse of office (part 1 of article 285 of the criminal code). According to law enforcement officers, in April 2022, the accused, being in the position of General Director of JSC "Production and Technical Association of Urban Economy" used his official position and illegally received monetary remuneration in the amount of more than 797 thousand rubles (10 percent of the free balance of the company's profit for 2021). During the interrogation, the accused fully admitted his guilt. The Dmitrov city court chose against him a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest.
