The incidence of coronavirus in the Lipetsk region has increased by 37% in a week.

In the Lipetsk region over the past week, from February 17 to 23, 48 people were infected with the coronavirus. Compared to the previous week, this figure increased by more than 37%. Four residents of Lipetsk were hospitalized in infectious wards with complications from COVID-19. The virus was defeated and treatment was completed for 71 patients. It is worth noting that zero deaths were recorded in the Lipetsk region. Meanwhile, the number of recovered patients is increasing in the Central Chernozem region. This information was reported by the operational headquarters for combating the coronavirus infection. In Chernozemye, 370 people were discharged from hospitals, and the number of new cases decreased by almost 6% to 349. There were 63 residents of the Central Chernozem region in hospital wards, and no one died from the coronavirus infection.
