The organizers of the channel of illegal migration were sentenced in Anapa.

Two residents of Anapa were found guilty of organizing an illegal migration channel. For money, the fraudsters concluded fictitious labor contracts, provided "fake" documents to migration authorities, and legalized the stay of illegal immigrants in Russia. The channel with the illegal registration of foreigners was identified and stopped by employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory. During the court hearing, both organizers admitted their guilt. One of them had previous legal issues on the same matter. Taking this into account, as well as other circumstances of the crime, he was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in a general regime colony and fined 200,000 rubles. His accomplice will spend six months in prison and must pay a fine of 100,000 rubles.
