In Anapa will test a new method of cleaning sand from fuel oil

The effectiveness of the developed technology for working with polluted fuel oil sand is tested in Anapa. For this, they took samples at the landfill in the Voskresensky farm. The technology was developed by Ufa Petroleum Technical University with the support of industrial partners of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. Its essence is the washing of sand from petroleum products to normative values. The resulting purified sand can be used in the construction of roads or other structures. This is not a new technology, it has been used for a long time. The uniqueness is that it includes a whole range of tasks - from sand processing, production of marketable products from purified hydrocarbons to purification of commodity water. Scientists explain that when washing, a fairly large residual concentration of sand is released. It is not dangerous and suitable for industrial use. The development is patented, meets all environmental requirements. It also has permits, including state environmental expertise; Ufa residents came to Anapa to take samples of smeared sand and subsequently test the development in the laboratory. According to the results, they will announce the timing of the solution of the problem and other nuances of work.
