Chernykh and B. Kuna Streets, construction of a quarterly heat network near Heroev Chubarovtsev Street and reconstruction of a water pipeline near Pushkin Street and Putevoy Lane,” the mayor wrote. Resource supplying organizations will carry out overhaul of the heat network section on the heat main No. 3 on Kulagin Street and reconstruction of the water pipeline on Lenin Avenue from Trudovaya Street to Nizhne-Lugovaya Street. “We will select contractors in competitions. This will take into account not only the price, but also confirm the experience of the company in the implementation of such contracts. This should reduce the risk of hiring unfair contractors.
