The court sentenced the offender to 4 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right for 2 years and 6 months to engage in pedagogical activities related to the performance of organizational and administrative functions in the certification of students, taking into account the position of the state prosecutor of the Tomsk Transport Prosecutor's Office. The court decided to impose a suspended prison term of two years and six months. The amount, which corresponded to the size of the bribe, was confiscated in favor of the state.
