The former teacher of the Tomsk technical school of railway transport, the court found guilty of receiving a bribe and sentenced to 4 years in prison probation, the press service of the West Siberian transport Prosecutor’s office reported.
According to law enforcement, in the period from 2020 to 2022, the woman received bribes from students for putting positive grades without actually checking her knowledge. In addition, for material remuneration, she prepared graduate qualification works instead of students. The total size of the bribe exceeded 66 thousand rubles. Also in one case, a woman took a sewing machine as a bribe. In addition to the suspended term, the woman was deprived of the right for 2.5 years to engage in pedagogical activities related to the implementation of organizational and administrative functions in the certification of students. The equivalent of the bribe was turned into state revenue.
