The tourism industry of the Krasnodar region will receive 451 million rubles for development

President Vladimir Putin set a goal to increase the contribution of the tourism industry to GDP to 5% by 2030 and increase the number of trips around the country to 140 million people. The regions will receive a single subsidy for priority areas for a particular territory. These funds – in the amount of 27 billion rubles – will be used for the development of infrastructure for auto tourism, the arrangement of national tourist routes and the improvement of city centers. Since 2025, the annual volume of a single subsidy has increased almost one and a half times. This is necessary to help the regions implement larger projects and increase the number of tourist trips. A total of 84 regions will receive the subsidy. One of the leaders in terms of support this year was the Krasnodar Territory. According to the Governor of Kuban, at the expense of funds received under the national project, the tourism industry plans to develop several areas: equip beaches and create modern infrastructure, equip heated pools, develop new pedestrian routes and hold event events in the resorts of the Black and Azov seas, in the mountainous area. This year, thanks to the support of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, Krasnodar Krai will receive 451 million rubles. The funds will be distributed as part of a competitive selection process that will be announced soon. Last year, Kuban received a single subsidy of 275 million rubles. They supported 38 projects. Among them is the enogastronomic festival "Black Sea Wine Week", which was held in autumn on the Black Sea coast. In Armavir, Sochi and a number of districts created year-round heated pools. Equipment for the beaches was purchased. In addition, a private company from Novorossiysk received funds to arrange a tour route in the Park Home family park of landscape art therapy.
