In general, it is not easy to meet a girl at a metallurgical enterprise, because for the most part, male strength is required in such production. However, contrary to all stereotypes, our heroine has been working at the plant for six years, and the most interesting thing is the specialty - a gas cutter. “I turn on the machine, it has a program. Translating the details into this program. I'm getting metal. Since I am a girl, men still help to put the metal, I am already adjusting and cutting, says gas cutter Maria Beskorovaynova. The gas cutter produces various parts from metal – manually or on special equipment. Maria Beskorovaynova manages the plasma cutting machine, it allows you to do all the work with high accuracy and without the use of machining. Now the machine is the future edge for the crane beam. It will not work even for a minute to leave the process without attention. The production time depends on the complexity of the part. “Depending on the thickness of the metal and which parts are small or larger, there are holes or no holes. With the hole, they take longer to cut. 500 pieces a day can be made, says gas cutter Maria Beskorovaynova. According to STRK "Volgograd-TRV", at one time Maria graduated from art school, studied at college as a designer, and after the institute received the specialty of engineer-architect. She went to the factory after her husband. I started small. "I came to the factory as a marker. It gets closer to my artistic direction, to mark - a ruler, a coal mine. And then they brought a platinum cutting machine, and the management decided to transfer me to this machine to work on it, says gas cutter Maria Beskorovaynova. Girls in the profession are only happy, says electrician Said Idolbayev. Men are always ready to help: suggest a solution, lift heavy metal products and not only. “Without female participation in the men’s group, it’s kind of sad, you know. After all, Maria has such a bright ray of light. Her participation in our work is very important, and without Maria and this machine, many tasks would not be solved, said Said Idolbayev, an electrician at the metallurgical plant. In their free time, employees take an active part in creative competitions. In winter, for example, a New Year’s composition was prepared. “Kicked out horses, sleighs, grandfather frost. I painted them, that is, we had such a collective work, says Maria Beskorovaynova. Creativity helps Mary to escape from everyday worries. The girl loves needlework. “In general, for the soul, for pleasure I make dolls, brooches, toys. When I do this, create dolls, toys – the soul rests. I have all sorts of different thoughts, how it can be done, how to invent it, Maria Beskorovaynova shares. After the factory shift, Maria is waiting for her family at home. Mom, wife, metallurgist – all these roles a woman can successfully combine. The main thing, Maria is sure, is to love what you do and never give up on the path to a dream.
