📝 Summary
The Neftekum district court of Stavropol in absentia arrested three women accused of cooperation with ISIS (banned in Russia) in Syria.
According to the investigation, one of the accused, arriving in Istanbul, swore an oath to ISIS (banned in Russia) and engaged in propaganda, recruitment of new members and teaching Arabic to the wives and children of militants, for which she is charged with a violation of Part 1 of Article 282.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (propaganda of extremist symbols) and Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in a banned organization). Two other women provided medical care to wounded militants, sewed their clothes and bought food, for which they were charged for participating in a banned organization. All three are abroad and are on an international wanted list. The arrest will take effect from the moment of their detention or extradition to Russia.
