"He [the cat] started breaking out. He probably didnât like that I picked him up, the man said. Asked why he didnât let the animal go, the attacker didnât respond. Earlier that day, the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk told about the detention of the man. The day before it was reported that one of the visitors at the entrance to the territory of the castle presented the certificate of the disabled. At first, his behavior did not cause concern, however, he suddenly grabbed the cat in his arms and threw it away.
