According to the police, from January 2023 to November 2024, criminals were able to bypass the taxi aggregator's security system using a special internet application, purchased driver's license data, registered fake accounts, and simulated order fulfillment by substituting GPS coordinates. The damage from illegal activities amounted to over 3.5 million rubles. 23 smartphones, laptops, and SIM cards were seized from the perpetrators, as reported by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk, in her Telegram channel. A criminal case has been initiated, and preventive measures in the form of restrictions on certain actions have been imposed on the suspects.
