At night, the temperature will go into the zone of negative values, which will lead to freezing of precipitation. On the roads in places will be observed saucers of ice, said Evgeny Tishkovets. He said that many motorists, seeing the sun and five degrees of heat on thermometers, worried about replacing tires for summer, taking into account the long-term forecast of a warm March. But Tishkovets did not recommend changing the tyres, especially this week. “The week will not be quite friendly, relatively inclement,” explained Evgeny Tishkovets. Nevertheless, the temperature regime will be ahead of the climate schedule by at least 2-3 weeks. He added that next week's thawing temperatures will range from zero to plus five degrees.
