According to TASS, citing the SU IC of Russia in the region, the 21-year-old defendant took the teenagers from the apartment, took them to the car wash and applied physical violence to them. Those who were kidnapped in 2007 and 2008 were released the following day. Law enforcers believe that the accused acted not alone, but with a 19-year-old accomplice. The three boys locked the 17- and 18-year-olds in a car wash on January 3. There, students were bullied, doused with water and beaten. The young people were charged under articles of kidnapping, hooliganism and coercion to sexual acts. It is also known that sadists filmed the humiliation on video. It was discovered after the police got their friend. The police checked the phone of the guy and found the videos.
