The court of Kamensk-Uralsky granted the petition of the investigator to elect a preventive measure for another accused of kidnapping minors - 20-year-old Viktor Kukhtin.
Accused of committing a crime under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Abduction of two persons with violence by a group of persons on preliminary conspiracy against a known minor" was arrested until May 1 inclusive, according to the Telegram channel of the court of the Sverdlovsk region. Kukhtin became the fifth defendant in the case of bullying and beating girls, one of whom is a minor, at the car wash of Kamensk-Uralsky. The incident occurred on the evening of January 3, but the initiation of a criminal case against three young people who put them in a car and took them to a car wash became known on February 21 - after the discovery of videos with abuse of victims. They were charged under articles of the Criminal Code “Hooliganism committed by a group of persons” and “Coercion to acts of a sexual nature committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy”. Later in the regional chapter of the UK reported another identified episode. It is established that in December 2024 one of the accused (possibly with an accomplice) kidnapped a minor boy and a girl. They were also subjected to physical violence.
