According to her, the search for missing persons is one of the most common issues that families of participants in special military operations turn to the foundation for. Tsivileva mentioned that the foundation collaborates with the Ministry of Defense of Russia on this matter. She added that in all branches of the foundation, there are employees of the military-social center of the Ministry of Defense who deal with missing persons cases. "This uncertainty, of course, is very traumatic and very heavy for a person's consciousness. That is why we try in these matters, even if we do not know the answer, even if we could not help and find this person at this stage, to stay in contact with the person who reached out so that every time, at certain intervals, we can say that we are at this stage, we have submitted applications to all hospitals, we have submitted applications to military units, we are working with the commander, we are working with the identification center," Tsivileva said. The Deputy Minister added that it is necessary for the foundation to ensure that those who reach out understand that they are not alone in dealing with their problem.
