Why engage in the culture of reading and the creation of festivals or libraries, when everything seems to already exist: there are books, there are people who can read? However, these issues are dealt with by special people, they are called culturetraggers. This evening, Artem Novichenkov and Vladislav Timkin had this person: Mikhail Faustov, director of the Association of Book Festivals and the Reading Russia project. We learned firsthand what a book festival should look like.
