On behalf of the Prosecutor General of Russia Igor Krasnov, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Arkhangelsk Region and the Nenets Autonomous District sent a statement to the court on establishing the fact of genocide of the peoples of the Soviet Union. The document refers to the crimes committed by the German fascist invaders in the territory of our region, including the Novaya Zemlya archipelago, as well as in the White, Barents and Kara Seas during the Great Patriotic War.
