Victim of “professional neighbors” Kulikov said about fears for his life

In the Khoroshevsky court of Moscow held a hearing on the high-profile case of Barkho. One of the participants in the scheme, according to Kulikova, was a lawyer Bagrat Margveli. In 2015, the so-called “professional neighbors” were moved to the pensioner and threatened with reprisal, the report says. Margveli is currently behind bars on other criminal charges but has a chance of parole. “If Margveli in 2015, when I had a confrontation with him, would have stopped, these crimes for which he is now in prison, would not have happened,” says Tatiana Kulikova. Margveli will be out soon, what should I do? I fear for my life because he knows my address.” Kulikova decided to apply to the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor’s Office with a request to take control of the investigation of the criminal case against Margveli. According to some media reports, Margveli was detained in 2019 and sentenced to eight years in prison in 2021 for large-scale fraud. As noted in the materials of the case, Margveli’s lawyer, together with an accomplice, used a fraudulent scheme and appropriated apartments for missing or deceased people with no relatives.
