In particular, the restrictions affected the former head of Rosneft Eduard Khudainatov, Senator Arsen Kanokov, Deputy Head of the Emergencies Ministry Denis Popov, as well as businessmen Pavel Morozov and Igor Kim. On February 24, the European Union adopted the 16th sanctions package against Russia, restrictions were imposed on 48 individuals and 35 legal entities from the Russian Federation. In particular, the EU authorities were able to include in the sanctions list foreign airlines operating domestic flights on Russian territory.
