Many literary awards that we had were financed abroad, and Russian writers ended up in the second league. SVO showed how brightly, figuratively and powerfully the poetic workshop declared itself, said Rybas. This year the national award is held for 25 times. Earlier it was reported that among its winners were two projects, which were seen by viewers of the TV channel “Russia-Culture”.
