The state prosecution was supported by the representative of the prosecutor's office of Syktyvkar. The court found that on the night of 25 to 26 November 2024, the young man moved through the streets of Syktyvkar on a motorcycle without a registration plate. The motorcycle driver did not react to the request of traffic police officers to stop and tried to escape, violating traffic rules. On the street of Kirov, he was forced to stop because of the obstruction of traffic fence and began to move the motorcycle by hand. Noticing a police officer running up to him, the offender punched him in the face. The court appointed a resident of Syktyvkar punishment in the form of a fine of 50 thousand rubles. The sentence has not entered into force. The investigation into the case was carried out by the investigative department for Syktyvkar SU TFR in the Republic of Komi.
