According to the deputy, today the regions of Russia have the right to dispose of the further fate of stray dogs caught on the street, which could not be sheltered. “Now there will be a ban on returning the dog to the environment from which it was taken,” Buduev said. The level of aggression of dogs largely depends on the climate of the region. Buduev said that all animals in Russia should be chipped.
