For more than a year, residents have been demanding the capture of stray dogs, sending appeals to the administration of Zarechny rural settlement, but so far no measures have been taken, the statement said. In its message, the Popular Front requires the local administration to organize the capture and maintenance of stray dogs in accordance with the law.
