The accused met his ex-lover on the street, accompanied by a new man. He started a quarrel with the opponent, punched him in the face, and then struck six stabs in the neck, back and body. From his injuries, the victim died on the spot. The attacker fled the scene of the emergency, but he was soon detained. The man was arrested during the preliminary investigation. The criminal case was transferred to the court for consideration on the merits.
