In 2023 and in 2024, 250 million rubles will be allocated from the budget for tour operators organizing charter flights within the country. Russia has a program to support tour operators from 2021 to 2024 within the framework of the national project “Tourism and the hospitality industry”. The cost of holidays in Russia increased by an average of 15% in 2022, and the number of tourists who traveled domestically increased by 10%.
