A criminal case was initiated on the fact of collapse of structures during the presentation of a mobile circus chapito in the city of Neftegorsk, Samara region.
The emergency occurred on March 7. Right during the performance from a three-meter height collapsed podium with the audience. According to preliminary data, it was 20 people, injured two. The show, which was attended by 350 spectators, had to be interrupted. The case was initiated under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of the safety of life and health of consumers. Investigative actions are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident, according to the Telegram channel of the SU IC of Russia in the Samara region.
