The Investigative Committee organized an inspection into the fact of an accident with a minibus on the highway in the Saratov region. Young athletes were injured in the accident.
According to preliminary information, on March 13, 2025, a minibus with 12 children and two adults was heading from the city of Balakovo to compete in the Samara region. At the village of Krasnaya River in the Pugachevsky district, the driver failed to manage. The bus drove into a ditch and overturned, the Telegram channel of the SU IC of the Russian Federation reported. As already reported by the Prosecutor’s office, four teenagers were taken with injuries to the hospital. The Ministry of Health of the region confirmed this information. Children are in a state close to satisfactory. According to the results of the inspection, investigators will make a procedural decision, the department specified.
