In Chelyabinsk, the first center of humanitarian aid from the diocese opened at the temple of the healer Panteleimon. The center was consecrated and blessed by Metropolitan Alexy of Chelyabinsk and Miass. He reminded the bishop of the importance of mercy in Orthodoxy. “One can be a happy person only when you make a happy person of another who is next to you, make your neighbor happy.
