A joint raid on the Chelyabinsk-Novosibirsk highway was carried out by employees of the Ural Interregional Department of Rosselkhoznadzor and the Department of State Traffic Inspectorate for the Chelyabinsk region. In the course of it, 10 cars were checked, the contents of two of them raised suspicions. In the first case, it was about 1.2 tons of dairy products (including yogurt), and in the second - about 700 kilograms of meat semi-finished products (among them - frozen patties and dumplings). It turned out that the drivers did not have the necessary accompanying documents with them, although the Mercury system indicates that they were issued. “A conversation was held with drivers, they were explained the rules for moving products controlled by state veterinary supervision across the country,” the Ural Interregional Directorate of the Rosselkhoznadzor commented. Employees of the department drew up a protocol on the violation, and manufacturers and owners of products were sent warnings.
