The prosecutor’s office demanded to send the “marathon queen” to the colony for six years, as well as to impose a large fine and confiscate previously arrested property. "Blinovskaya was sentenced to 5 years in prison in a general regime colony with a fine of 1 million rubles, with deprivation of the right to engage in commercial activities for a period of 4 years," the court's verdict said. Earlier, Blinovskaya fully admitted guilt and asked for a postponement of punishment until the 14th birthday of her children. Four minors are dependent on the accused. Blinovskaya was detained in April 2023 while trying to leave the country. In the period 2019-2021, the blogger and her husband evaded taxes in the amount of 906 million rubles, of which 716 million were illegally legalized. Currently, taking into account fines and penalties, Blinovskaya’s debt to the state is 1.4 billion rubles.
