At the final court hearing, on February 27, prosecutors demanded that the marathon queen be sent to the colony for six years, as well as impose a large fine and confiscate the seized property. Blinovskaya fully pleaded guilty and asked for a postponement of punishment until the 14th birthday of her children. She has four. Elena Blinovsky was detained while trying to leave the country by car in April 2023. According to the investigation, in the period 2019-2021, the blogger and her husband evaded taxes in the amount of 906 million rubles. Of these, 716 million were illegally legalized. Currently, taking into account fines and penalties, the tax debt of Blinovskaya is 1.4 billion rubles.
