The Investigative Committee (IC) charged blogger Ahmed Vengalbi with attempted bribery (part 3 of article 30, part 3 of article 291 of the criminal code). During the interrogation, the accused pleaded guilty in full.
On the eve it became known that the blogger was detained in Moscow while trying to give a bribe in the amount of 100 thousand rubles to a traffic police officer for failing to draw up a protocol for drunk driving. He had no rights either. “The investigators of the capital IC charged the defendant in the criminal case. Investigative actions were carried out with him. During the interrogation, the accused pleaded guilty in full, the ministry said. The question of electing a preventive measure against the accused is being decided.
