Specialists of the popular job search service conducted a survey among residents of Russia and found out what size of pension they consider worthy. How much money will South Urals have for a comfortable life?
According to the survey, residents of Chelyabinsk consider a pension of 49,100 rubles worthy. Since the beginning of the summer of 2024, this amount has increased by 3%: earlier South Urals dreamed of a pension of about 48,500 rubles. At the same time, the requests of women were on average several hundred rubles more modest than those of men. The size of the desired pension in Chelyabinsk is growing every year: for example, in November 2022, Chelyabinsk residents considered the amount of 46,200 rubles worthy. On average, in Russia, indicators are close to Chelyabinsk – 49,600 rubles. And requests increase depending on age and salary level. Thus, young people under 25 consider a pension of 47,400 rubles sufficient, while Russians over 45 years old call the amount 50,200 rubles. The largest size of the desired pension is in Moscow and St. Petersburg: about 52 thousand rubles. At the same time, according to the survey, the most modest requests from residents of Astrakhan are 45,200 rubles.
