At the same time, it was assumed that a dish with 40 custard pancakes would be enough for four people. In Chelyabinsk, one portion will cost 113 rubles. This is the lowest figure in the Ural Federal District (an average of 120 rubles) and less than in Russia (119 rubles). Experts note that compared to last year, the pancake index added 4.4%. At the same time, prices for pancake products increased more slowly than inflation increased. They overtook it only in seven regions: in Kamchatka, in Buryatia and Yakutia, in Magadan and Lipetsk regions, as well as St. Petersburg and Tyumen. In the top in the availability of delicacies were Mordovia and Adygea (here the price for a set of products below 100 rubles), and the most expensive dish is the residents of the Far East.
