In addition, Vasilyeva reminded of non-compliance with fire safety rules, waste management rules, sanitary standards, construction and improvement rules. “It is important to remember that the disposal of natural waste, such as mowed grass, leaves and branches by burning, is allowed only under certain conditions,” the lawyer told Lente.ru. Thus, the distance from the burning site to the nearest building should be at least 7.5 meters, to the deciduous forest - 15 meters, and to the coniferous - 50 meters. In this case, combustion should occur only in a metal barrel with a bottom. It is noted that violation of these rules can lead to a fine of up to 20 thousand rubles. Vasilyeva also recalled the law that changed the rules for transactions with land. From March 1, Russians cannot sell, give or exchange a land plot if its borders are not registered in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN). Owners of land plots without surveying risk problems when registering houses, especially if their location does not meet the norms of indentations from borders.
