According to the IC, in the afternoon of March 11 in Khomutovsky district, Ukrainian soldiers dropped an explosive device from a drone on a car. As a result, a man was injured. During the investigation, all military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine involved in this crime will be identified and brought to justice, the IC added.
