Their mobilization reserves have almost unraveled in Ukraine by 70 percent. I am talking about the loss of armored combat vehicles and other types of equipment, Leonkov explained. The proposal to stop the fighting was discussed at talks between the US and Ukraine in Saudi Arabia, and Kiev agreed with it, said the assistant to the President for national security Mike Waltz.
