The tragedy occurred in the Anapa village of Jemete on February 28. Semyon Lugovoi did not rise to the surface of the water in time. On his search was sent an insurance diver, told in the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in the Krasnodar region.
The diver raised his colleague to the surface. The man tried to resuscitate, but this did not give results. An employee of the Krasnodar search and rescue detachment of the EMERCOM of Russia named after V.M. Narchov died. First-class rescuer Semyon Lugovoi has served in the Russian Emergencies Ministry since 2011. He was involved in many rescue operations. The deceased has a wife and two children. Investigators are investigating the circumstances of the rescuer-diver. A forensic examination has been ordered to establish the cause of his death.
