According to the press service of the EMERCOM of the Russian Federation, the tragedy occurred in the village of Dzhemet in Anapa. “During the cleaning work, the diver Semyon Lugovoi did not rise to the surface during the prescribed period. An insurance diver immediately went in search. He raised the injured employee to the surface. Unfortunately, resuscitation actions have not yielded results, the agency said. First-class rescuer Semyon Lugovoi has served in the Russian Emergencies Ministry since 2011, participated in many rescue operations, always responsibly performed combat missions in the most difficult conditions. The Emergencies Ministry expresses condolences to the relatives of the deceased. Semyon Lugovoi has a wife and two children. The RF IC on the edge finds out the circumstances of the death of a diver.
