Soloists, vocal and instrumental groups performing works of any musical trends can take part in the project. The jury will select the performers to participate in the final – one from each of the eight federal districts and from the new territories of Russia. The concert, which will determine the winners, will be held in Moscow in December. The amount of monetary remuneration for the first place will be 200 000 rubles, for the second – 150 and for the third – 100 000 rubles. The contest "The whole country" is organized by the Russian Music Union with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.
